James Suckling
Intense, with plenty of flint, dried herbs, dried lemons, guava and a smoky touch. Medium-to full-bodied with bright acidity. Concentrated, yet vivid and energetic. Tangy. So delicious. 85% sauvignon blanc and 15% semillon. Barrel Sample: 93-94

Robert Parker's Wine Advocate
Offering up aromas of gooseberry, pear, lemon curd and pastry cream, the 2021 Pagodes de Cos Blanc is medium to full-bodied, layered and fleshy, with a satiny attack that segues into a chalky mid-palate animated by tangy acids.

Jeb Dunnuck
The second wine in white from this team, the 2021 Pagodes De Cos Blanc (85% Sauvignon Blanc and 15% Sémillon) has a brilliant array of ripe melon and stone fruits that are supported by subtle minty herb and mineral nuances. It's nicely textured, medium-bodied, has good concentration, and outstanding length. Drink bottles over the coming 2-4 years.

Decanter
Grape typicity on the nose, vanilla bean, lemon grass and orange - juicy and lively, so fresh. It’s light but poised, not massive in terms of weight or fat, this is streamlined and succulent but direct, there’s no messing around here. Sharp and direct with crushed stone lingering while the lemon, bitter grapefruit and creamy apricot settle on the tongue. Racy, I like it. Drinking Window: 2022 - 2030.
