Straw-yellow with typical greenish hues. Wide and delightful on the nose with notes of wildflower, almonds, white and yellow fruits (apple, pear, white plum and gooseberry). Fresh, dry, harmonic and pleasantly fruity on the palate. Smooth with a good body, well-balance acidity and pleasantly long-lasting aftertaste. - Elena Walch Pinot Bianco, Pinot Blanc grape from Alto Adige, Italy
An extremely versatile wine for many occasions, delicious as an aperitif or accompaniment for light starters as well as full-bodied first courses, white meat or poultry dishes. - Planeta Etna Bianco, Carricante grape from Sicily, Italy
The wine has notes of white acacia flowers, fresh almonds and mountain peaches, on the palate it is juicy and full of hints of yellow plums and prickly pear. Perfect with raw fish and fresh fruit, with fish appetizers, and soft cheese. Also a refined aperitif.
