Under his leadership, company revenues have grown by ten-fold, establishing Wine.com as the nation’s leading online wine retailer. Prior to that, Rich was Founder and CEO of IdeaForest, the leading online retailer in the hobby and crafts industry (purchased by Jo-Ann Stores, dba Joann.com). Before that, Rich was a partner with Bain & Company strategy consulting, where he spent over a decade working in a variety of industries. Mike Osborn has been a pioneer in online wine retailing since founding Wine.com as eVineyard in 1998. Mike leads the company’s efforts in merchandising its wine and gifts and holds key wine industry relationships worldwide. From 1992 to 1998, he held senior management roles as VP Sales and VP Marketing for CTR Business Systems, a software and systems integration business. In 1992, Mike merged his six-year-old software business he founded as a high school student, Expert Technology Corporation, with CTR.

Derek Yung joined Wine.com as Chief Financial Officer in 2021. He previously served as CFO of eHealth (NASDAQ: EHTH) where he led the company’s finance, strategy and corporate development functions. Prior to eHealth, Yung served as CFO at Hotwire, TicketFly, Tria Beauty and NexTag, where he built a foundation in direct-to-consumer companies. Derek received an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, and a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Stanford University.

Peter Elarde joined Wine.com as Chief Marketing Officer in 2013 and is responsible for leading marketing, business development, product management, and user experience. Previously, Peter spent 10 years with Shutterfly in senior management positions including Chief Marketing Officer, General Manager of New Business Initiatives, and Vice President of Product Marketing. Prior to that, Peter held product and marketing leadership roles with a number of technology startups including Achieva.com, Tom Snyder Productions, and The Learning Company. Peter earned his MBA from Stanford University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Yale University.

Preston Mosier joined Wine.com as Chief Operating Officer in 2021. He most recently spent four years at Target Corporation, serving as Senior Vice President of Field Operations and Senior Vice President of Fulfillment, where he oversaw a distribution network supporting 1,900 retail stores. Preston previously served as Vice President of Operations at Liquidity Services and held several management roles in Amazon.com fulfillment centers over a ten year period. He received an MBA from the University of Michigan, and a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Kettering University.

Irene Jimu joined Wine.com in 2016 with HR experience across 3 continents: Africa, Europe and the US. She partners with the leadership team to build a great work environment and culture that retains and attracts top talent. She’s worked to streamline HR operations’ processes and leverage HR systems as solutions for efficient HR service delivery and user experience as well as finding staffing solutions to meet the complexity of the business’ peak staffing needs. Irene was born in Zimbabwe, and lived in South Africa where she grew up and went to school. She graduated from the University of Limpopo where she earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management and an Honours degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. She is also a certified senior HR professional through the Society of Human Resource Management.
